Returns Guidelines

Below are the general guidelines with regard to returns apply to all items sold on

  • To create a return you should contact to our Online Chat Support or Email us at Please mention order id and reason of return during return.Once you create return request you will receive return guidelines over email.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
  • Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
  • Fragile items should be return in the same way it were delivery to you.
  • Invoices must be returned with the package.


 Refund Policy

  • Once product is returned  to us we will initiated the refunds with in 7-10 working days.
  • In case of damage/defective/quality issue product return we will refund full refund including shipping charges.
  • In case of no longer need we will refund only product charges.
  • Refund will be processed as original mode of payment.
